2. Payment and Refund Policy

2.1 Upfront Payment Requirement:

Before the project begins, the total payment, including any selected add-ons, must be paid in full after the client approves the initial sample design (provided within 2–3 business days of project agreement).

Work will not commence until payment is received.

2.2 Delivery Timelines:

Standard delivery for most projects is between 4 and 7 business days, depending on the complexity.

For larger or more intricate projects, the timeline may extend up to 30 calendar days.

2.3 Refund Policy:

If AdsBuilder fails to deliver the completed project and all agreed services within 30 calendar days, the client is entitled to a full refund.

Refunds will only be issued if the delay or non-completion is caused by AdsBuilder.

2.4 Non-Refundable Situations:

If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are not granted if the client changes their mind, rejects the project after providing approval of the sample design, or fails to communicate essential details for project completion.

2.5 Approval of Work:

Once the client provides final approval of the website, all further changes will incur additional costs according to our update packages. Refunds will no longer be possible after approval.

3.1 Communication:

The client must remain available for communication throughout the project (at least once a week during the development phase).

Failure to respond to AdsBuilder’s inquiries may result in delays, and AdsBuilder is not responsible for such delays.

The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, including logos, text, and images, by the agreed deadlines.

Ownership of the website and associated materials will transfer to the client only after full payment is received.

AdsBuilder retains ownership of all code, designs, and content until payment is completed.

4.2 Proprietary Rights:
